A1 – LakeFront Improved $476.47 / per year (Ratio 1.4) 40% A2 – LakeFront Un-Improved $408.40 / per year (Ratio 1.2) 20% B1 – Second Tier Improved $408.40 / per year (Ratio 1.2) 20% B2 – Second Tier Un-Improved $340.33 / per year (Ratio 1.0) Base Rate **These rates are the most current Court Approved and lienable on each property**All members must pay these assessments/fees yearly to be a member in “Good Standing” and have access to Lake Privileges. A member must have all assessments paid by March 31 of each year to be a member in “Good Standing”, or lake privileges may not be assigned and loss of access space could occur. |
