A1 – LakeFront Improved $490.76 / per year (Ratio 1.4) 40% A2 – LakeFront Un-Improved $420.65 / per year (Ratio 1.2) 20% B1 – Second Tier Improved $420.65 / per year (Ratio 1.2) 20% B2 – Second Tier Un-Improved $350.54 / per year (Ratio 1.0) Base Rate **These rates are the most current Court Approved and lienable on each property**All members must pay these assessments/fees yearly to be a member in “Good Standing” and have access to Lake Privileges. A member must have all assessments paid by March 31 of each year to be a member in “Good Standing”, or lake privileges may not be assigned and loss of access space could occur. |

| 2010 ANNUAL PROPERTY ASSESSMENTS AND LAKE PERMIT FEE STATEMENTS ARE DUE JANUARY 1, 2010. Invoices were mailed to the membership last week. There is a correction to the 2010 invoices which were mailed to the WLIC membership. Your invoices are generated from a template which we re-use each year. In the last paragraph the payment due date of January 1, 2009 did not update. Of course, the due date of January 1, 2010 is correct and late payment received after March 31, 2010 is delinquent.
